Join us for a life-changing road trip that takes thirteen girls ages 13-17 more than 6000 miles from Washington D.C. all the way to Alaska, as we record our experiences through a video/ photography documentary.
Led by two experienced Alaskan guides with a background in teaching and sociology, this trip takes you on a road adventure that will expand your understanding of the diversity of people and place, and in turn let us learn about ourselves.
Your group will travel not as tourists; but as journalists, observers, researchers, and story recorders while interviewing professionals - musicians, leaders, artists, business owners, and entrepreneurs. You will meet local communities and join in their efforts to achieve sustainable development during the trip’s service component.
Make lasting friendships, expand your horizons to what the U.S. has to offer, and build confidence in yourself that you will carry with you for the rest of your life. Join us on this adventure! while building your artistic portfolio of photography, video, creative writing, and more as you are given time to pursue your passions as we travel.
Join an adventure trip not as a tourist, but as an observer and researcher.
