Volunteer Abroad in Hungary

Volunteers For Peace global organization in Hungary focuses on the improvement of the quality of life of local communities and the resolution of global issues and environmental challenges. American volunteers can participate in this meaningful project and live in Budapest for one month.

We have crafted our unique programs to engender love for travel, hunger for learning, curiosity about differences, appreciation of similarities across cultures, and an understanding of what it means to be a global citizen. We look forward to traveling with you!

CETP exists to benefit young people in the formerly socialist countries of Central Europe by providing public schools in the region with native-speaking English teachers. Since 2006, we are placing teachers solely in Hungary.

Based in the heart of Hungary, you will coach children aged 6-14 and help them develop their soccer, wider sports skills and their English skills through your shared passion in sport!
