Established in 1966, Temple Rome offers a semester or academic year program of full-time study designed primarily for third-year undergraduate students. Programs include Architecture, Visual Arts, International Business and Liberal Arts/Italian Studies.

Our academic calendar follows a semester system, including January and Summer sessions to accommodate the schedule of students from the US. This semester program is provided in locations throughout Italy. Developed by The Aegean Center for the Fine Arts, students enjoy studio arts including painting, drawing, and also creative writing within a small group of students. This program is fully-accredited and offers scholarships, grants, and other awards. In order to qualify, advanced students must submit a portfolio.

Experience extraordinary art and architecture firsthand while living in a center of European history and culture, and work with renowned Cornell faculty. Courses are offered both fall and spring semesters in architectural design, history and theory, studio art, art history, contemporary Italian culture, and Italian language.
