Job title: Overseas Market Development Officer (Spanish Speaking)

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Organization and Management of Project Tender (Project in Electric Power Construction)
- Responsible for analyzing and classifying the collected project information in South America market.
- Responsible for purchasing bidding documents, attending the tender meeting, visiting the project site, attending project information meeting, submitting bids and negotiating contract.
- Transact relevant approval procedures in China and abroad for project bidding

* Customer Relationship management
- Evaluating and assessing on the current and potential customers, formulate customer file and set up relevant database;
- Regularly refresh the processing information of the operating projects and keep regular contacts as well as communications with project owner in order to find customers demand and respond to the demand.

* Development and Maintenance Network in the South American Marketing
Formulate the information gathering network by ways of overseas projects, cooperation partner and business offices;

* Investigation and development of the new electric power business
Responsible for the specific tendering works on new electric power business

Qualifications

Requirement:
* Electric Power industry experiences is a high plus
* Degree of: energy OR power engineering OR Civil engineering or Mechanics or Automatics or other related degree
* Native Spanish (any country of South American Spanish speaking country) speaker, fluent in English or in Chinese
* Two years working experience at least
* Possess strong teamwork capability, good cooperation and coordination capability, energetic and motivated; high loyalty and good professional ethics.
