Job Description:
* Based on market research and brand positioning, to assist in formulating the buying strategy and product mix for each season, and Purchase budget
* To participate in ad hoc projects such as new product launch events and fashion shows for the fashion brands, adjust procurement strategy
* Responsible for communication and negotiation with European fashion brands' supplier, build and maintain relationships with European brand suppliers, to introduce the brand and the most competitive price
* To provide product training to sales, assist in positioning new commodity price, and determining merchandise display position and mode
* Periodically analyse data of sales performance, merchandising mix & inventory situations, Adjust and optimize product category and procurement strategy
* Responsible for stock allocation and merchandise reordering management
* Regular feedback to management on competitors'activities, new brands & trends investigation.

Education and experiences profile
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, designing or related
* 3+ years' experience in international fashion buying or food buying experience,
* Solid working experience in fashion retail chains or Trading Company/B2C company
Knowledge
* Love fashion, Excellent understanding of fashion, luxury/food brands and history, Familiar with both European and Chinese culture, forecast and insight into Chinese consumer needs
* Be sensitive to luxury/food marketing trend,Strong numerical and analytical sense; Stock allocation and merchandise reordering management, , forecasting market trend, control capacity on goods
* Abundant luxury brands' supplier channels and resources
Language
* Proficiency in written and verbal English, Proficiency of Italian or French
* Fluent in Chinese (preferable)
