Description

The M.Sc. program, in Malmö, Sweden, responds directly to the needs of the maritime industry, equipping graduates with the skills necessary for a successful career. The M.Sc. program offers 6 specializations:

* Shipping Management and Logistics;
* Port Management;
* Maritime Law and Policy;
* Maritime Safety and Environmental Administration;
* Maritime Environmental and Ocean Management;
* Maritime Education and Training.

The standard 14-month program runs from September each year, and consists of 90 ECTS credits. Candidates who have already completed a postgraduate program elsewhere may be granted advanced standing, exempting them from the first semester.

M.Sc. students also follow a programme of field studies - which are an integral part of the programme - at various locations in Europe and Asia, providing valuable insight into the application of theoretical studies and professional practices in a wide range of host organisations.
