Description

This internship program is designed for those who have studied or previously worked in the field of Social Work. Placement may be in agencies that have multiple services ranging from education for youths who have been expelled from the mainstream education system; counseling and therapy for individuals, families and couples; support to refugee and migrant families; anger management, and violence prevention for individuals; grief and loss support programs; support women in violent relationships; and community and social work support to families in need.

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least an intermediate level of English
- Must have at least 1 year of academic or professional experience in field of interest
- Must have a flexible attitude
- Must be willing to learn
- Must obtain a valid Passport in order to participate
