Description

Intern in a world-class city and home to the 2012 Summer Olympics! London is a huge cultural hub and draws visitors and residents from around the world, making it one of the most diverse places in the world. However, with that diversity, also comes a stratified population, including may underrepresented groups such as the elderly, children, women, the disabled, immigrants and ethnic minorities. Fortunately, London has a substantial social services sector to provide much-needed social and material services to these groups. You could find yourself working at a hospital, mental health clinic, or one of any number of non-governmental organizations with a social service focus. There is also an opportunity to assist with research in university psychology departments.

- Must have at least an intermediate level of English
- Must have at least 1 year of academic or professional experience in field of interest
