Description

As a Human Resources intern you get to deal a lot with the people, and luckily for you, Costa Ricans, or Ticos, are known for their easy-going and happy-go-lucky demeanor. You may get to develop activities that aim to promote teamwork, and improve employee performance and morale. You may also assist in the recruitment process of a company and aid in the training program for new employees. HR interns must be organized, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Highlights

When you aren't busy working or in Spanish language classes, you can go on one of the many excursions that are easily accessible from the city. You can go on canopy, coffee, or butterfly tours, visit nearby volcanoes, go whitewater rafting, or spend a day at the waterfall gardens!

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least an intermediate level of English
- Must have at least 1 year of academic or professional experience in field of interest
- Must have a flexible attitude
- Must be willing to learn
- Must obtain a valid Passport in order to participate
