Intern along some of the highest regarded chefs in the world in Barcelona! A seaside city with Spanish, French, and uniquely Catalan influences, Barcelona is a chef's paradise. Cuisine in Barcelona is based on seasonal, fresh seafood, fruits and vegetables and are representative of the city's cultural and religious roots. You can have the ultimate experience of shadowing a chef at an upscale restaurant. Purchasing ingredients at the local market, learning various cooking techniques and practicing your food preparation and presentation are just a couple duties you can expect to take part in on a nearly daily basis, with this Culinary Arts internship.

This placement requires previous academic or professional experience in culinary arts. Cooking classes are available for the more novice culinary artist interested in a less formal culinary experience.
