It is rare to find an internship that provides more than 2 - 4 weeks of language training. World Endeavors' Internship in Italy provides interns 80 hours of intensive language training per month for the entire 3 to 6 month internship. This gives interns not only the chance for valuable professional experience but also a more in-depth knowledge of the Italian language and culture. Language training takes place in the heart of the historic centre on the corner of Via Tornabuoni, just a 10 minute walk from il Duomo.

Interns will also have the opportunity to connect with other Italian language students and visit cultural sites in Florence and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind internship that offers both professional experience and the opportunity to learn the Italian language in the heart of Italy, this program is for you.

Qualifications

No prior Italian language knowledge is required. However, for interns who can speak Italian, an assessment exam will be provided to determine the appropriate placement in language classes. Interviews will be conducted after arrival in Florence.
