Join World Endeavors for one of the most affordable Semester in Spain programs available. Earn academic credit while studying at a fully accredited state-run university in the historic city of Sevilla. Whether you are a beginning, intermediate or advanced Spanish speaker, you will benefit from a semester in the culturally-rich Seville, the largest city in Southern Spain.

We offer two programs to choose from, each consisting of up to 5 courses per semester: Program A - for Beginner to Intermediate Spanish speakers - 3 of the 5 courses taught in English (prerequisite: 2 semesters of college-level Spanish or equivalent) OR Program B - High Intermediate to Advanced (prerequisite: at least 4 semesters of college-level Spanish or equivalent).

Highlights

Sevilla (Seville) is the quintessential modern Spanish city, with a history that reaches back thousands of years into early Roman times and beyond. Its architecture echoes a fascinating and intricate marriage of Spanish and Moorish influences. It is the home of the Mohammedan minaret of La Giralda, one of the largest cathedrals in the world, and the Alcazar Palace. Other historical treasures include the Casa de Pilatos, the Town Hall, Archive of the Indies (where the historical records of the American continent are kept), the Fine Arts Museum, plus convents, parish churches and palaces.

For all its magnificent monuments and fascinating history, Sevilla is universally known as a festive city. During celebrations such as the annual Feria de Abril, a week-long party of drink, food, and music, riders parade their fine horses as brilliantly dressed dancers dance in the Flamenco style. Sevilla, the largest city in Southern Spain the home of the fictional Carmen, Don Juan and Figaro also plays host to international students seeking an incredible and authentically Spanish experience abroad.

* Tuition includes 5 courses per semester. Classes held Mondays through Thursdays Up to 5 Courses in each program worth a total of 15 credit hours.
