  • Qualifications

A love of horses and outdoor lifestyle. Beginner, novice and advanced riders are accepted.

    * 18 to 20 year olds, just finished school and taking some time to work out what they would like to do with their lives.

    * 20 -25 year olds, finished study and are taking the gap to travel before "real life" starts!

    * 25 years and over - Career Breaks - usually a shorter stay, riders wanting a great experience and time to get into horses and do lots of riding.

Many of our riders of all different ages and back grounds come to us to spend time learning more about horses and their care. So many riders can get on and ride, but have no idea of what goes on before and after and are so surprised to find that each horse has his or her own personality.

An excellent opportunity for Equestrian Collage/Vet students who require a period of work experience for their studies.

A perfect first place to stay before exploring the rest of South Africa!

To provide you with an equine experience that you have always dreamed of; eat, sleep and breath horses on our working riding holiday. You will have a working holiday that gives you an opportunity to ride horses and work with horses in an alternative environment. This is an opportunity not only to ride, but also to get a way, experience something new and different, to grow, discover a little piece of Africa, get the travel bug, find yourself or just relax and have fun; all with horses providing the common thread through which we can communicate and learn and share our different cultures.
