Salary/Pay

The minimal monthly salary one can expect is USD 4000-4500 RMB (583-657USD) with a Bachelors degree, 4600-5500 RMB (557-802 USD) with a Masters degree and 5600-10,000 RMB (802-1,459 USD) with a Doctorate per month for 16 to 20 hours of classroom time per week. If you are interested in a high paying salary, there are some positions at foreign schools or local schools that offer higher salaries. They range between 800 to 2,300 USD.
