Washington College is a private liberal arts college set on the Chester River amid the ecological bounty of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, between the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic beaches, yet just 90 minutes from Baltimore, Washington, and Philadelphia.
Regardless of academic major, our students appreciate our setting as a natural extension of the classroom, as a personal learning laboratory for their intellectual and social growth, and as a place that lingers in their hearts for a lifetime.
