  • Description

Ideal Home is a women's center where women suffering from domestic violence and abuse can stay. The center opened April 2009 and received 10 women and their children at that time. The women are supposed to stay for 18 month at Ideal Home.

During their stay, the women work on different skills, focusing on sewing (clothes) and making candles. Hopefully they will be able to start their own small business in the future.

  • Highlights

At Ideal Home they get a new family to interact with, new friends and they automatically practice to speak up for themselves and trust other people.

Volunteers can help out teaching English conversation and other skills as well as just interact with the women.

Ideal Home is also in great need of donations and sponsors.
