Based at the same syllabus and government policy, every student has to take equally the academic stand unlike the sciences which are compulsory for every student because of the global world which is now full of Scientifics. On addition the school has its own policies and normally this depends on the location, foundation and infrastructures as well etc. Votu members including students are abided by the law of both the country and school as well in order to achieve its objective goals.

Highlights

* Call of the orphans by the field worker, registration the orphans at the day called VOTU EXTRAVAGANZA acquiring Career guidance first as the main theme and then get together and Hospitality for orphans by the guardians in Ngando Butambalala votu office Headquarters - Program - 1 week
* Reaching out to the homes of the orphans so that even physical contact with guardians' families can be done- Program - 8 weeks
* Hospitality from the guardians/community to orphans is to be conducted through Seminars by facilitators and volunteers since they play a big role in wellbeing of the orphans. - Program - 4 weeks
* Observation Assignments in Butambala by all members - programs year round.
* Internships and Volunteer Programs  year round.
