2-4 weeks, 9-12 weeks
Take professional knowledge to teach orphans in higher class with the subjects that you feel be able to offer, among them Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, English/literature, History, Geography, Commerce, Fine Art, Health Science, Music, Accounts Political education and some other local subjects. Here votu defined a school known as Budinse Memorial School where basically votu orphans for higher education level learn from. Classroom instructions and hands-on writing plus English speaking experience are all part of this exercising program. Referring on the syllabus of Uganda.
* Call of the orphans by the field worker, registration the orphans at the day called VOTU extravaganza acquiring Career guidance first as the main theme and then get together and Hospitality for orphans by the guardians in Ngando Butambalala votu office Headquarters - Program - 1 week
* Reaching out to the homes of the orphans so that even physical contact with guardians' families can be done- Program - 8 weeks
* Hospitality from the guardians/community to orphans is to be conducted through Seminars by facilitators and volunteers since they play a big role in well-being of the orphans. - Program - 4 weeks
* Observation Assignments in Butambala by all members - programs year round.
* Internships and Volunteer Programs - year round.
* Degree holders in education for secondary school
* Diploma holder in education for secondary school
* Grade three up to five for Primary school
