Why be a Fellow?
We offer a hands-on experience in the growing field of education microfinance. Just 18 months ago, the know-how and capital needed to develop and launch a student loan product remained out of reach for most MFIs. Vittana is changing that reality and we want your help.
If you are looking to diversify your experience abroad, build leadership skills, and contribute real, impactful work in an international setting, we want to hear from you. This is not your average volunteer position; you will walk away having managed the creation of a brand new loan product at a highly innovative MFI and having developed a deep understanding of the inner-workings of a microfinance institution. If you do your job well, you will change the lives of thousands of students who just need a chance to change their lives through education.
