Description

Pompei is one of the most important testimonies to Roman civilization. The ancient city resurfaced, after centuries, as it was in the past, before being covered by a thick layer of volcanic ash and lava from the eruption of Vesuvius. It's like going back in the time. We offer a full-day guided tour of Pompei combined with a visit to a winery located in the National Park of Vesuvio, just at the feet of the volcano. Here you can visit the vineyards and the olive groves of the winery before enjoy the traditional cooking, accompanied by the right wines. The tour includes a visit to Pompei, a tour of the wine cellar, wine tasting and lunch. Winery excursions may be scheduled for any date with two days advanced notice, and can be conducted in your language. Pick-up service from participant's location can also be arranged.
