Location
Italy: Amalfi (southern Italy), Positano
Vinarium is starting to plan some itineraries in the Campania Region, famous for its production of buffalo mozzarella cheese and some of the most important wines in Italy.
We'll be offering you the chance to discover a still unknown area, inland from the Southern Italian coast, enjoying the local tastes and landscapes.
The Amalfi coast is a mixture of history and nature, with a lot to discover, such as the Cathedral, the "limoncello" makers, the terrific cooking for the sea food lovers and the wonderful landscapes you find driving along the coast. It is also famous for its handmade paper. We offer a full day's guided tour that includes a visit to the paper museum, where you can admire the ancient methods of paper production using the power of the mills, a visit to the limoncello factory and tasting, lunch of typical local cuisine and a guided tour of Amalfi and Positano. The excursions may be scheduled for any date with three/four days' advance notice and can be conducted in your language. Pick-up service from participant's location can also be arranged.
