Studio apartment 3 adults

Studio apartments (2+1) are situated one on ground and the other on the first floor, both have separate entrances from the terrace. The apartment on the ground floor has its own small, full of greenery terrace. The apartment on the first floor has a big shared sea view terrace. Size of the studio is 27 sqm, excluding terraces. It`s equipped with mini kitchen, utensils, fridge, dining table and chairs, AC, SAT/TV, 2 x bed 200x90 cm and a fold-away bed 200x140 cm (good for two kids), bathrooms with shower.

Apartment 3 adults

One bedroom apartments (2+1), both with separate entrances are situated on the ground or on the second floor. Second floor apartment has a sea view balcony and its size is 25 sqm excluding the balcony. Ground floor apartment has a big private terrace, partly with sea view. Living rooms are equipped with mini kitchens, utensils, fridge, dining table and chairs, AC, SAT/TV and a fold-away bed 200x120 cm; bedrooms have double beds 200x150 cm, bathrooms with shower.

Apartment 4 adults

One bedroom apartments (2+2) with separate entrances of wich one is on the ground and other two on the first floor. Apartment on the ground floor has a private terrace overlooking the street. Both apartments on the first floor have a big shared sea view terrace. Size of these apartments is 40 sqm, excluding the terrace. Living rooms are equipped with mini kitchen, utensils, fridge, dining table and chairs, AC, SAT/TV and two fold-away beds 200x140 cm, bathroom. Bedrooms has 2 x bed 200x90 cm.

Apartment 7 adults

Two bedroom apartment with the separate entrance is situated on ground floor. Has a sitting area in front (no sea view), its size is 75 sqm. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, wash machine, utensils, tables, chairs, SAT/TV), one 3 x bed bedroom with fridge, AC, bathroom and 4 x bed bedroom with fridge, AC and bathroom. Sitting area has garden table and chairs.
Smoking is allowed on terrace. Pets are allowed on request. The price includes: towels change after two days, linen change each seventh day, AC, car park, BBQ facilities, table tennis, all taxes, final cleaning. The price does not include: beach towels, daily cleaning, meals.

Room 3 adults

The double room (2+1) is situated on the ground floor and has separate entrance, small sitting area with garden table and chairs in front (no sea view). The size of the room is 25 sqm and it`s equipped with fridge, dining table and chairs, AC, SAT/TV, 2 x bed 90 cm, additional bed 200x80 cm, bathroom. Smoking is allowed on terrace. Pets are allowed on request.
The price includes: towels change each three days, linnen change on seventh day, AC, car park, table tennis, all taxes, final cleaning.
