VENUSA offers a variety of courses to suit a range of academic needs. All professors are encouraged to use the city, people and surroundings of Merida as a living laboratory. Life sciences professors have the region around Merida at their disposal: a geographical, ecological and biological treasure-trove unlike anywhere else on Earth.

Venusa and Entreamericas Learn and Travel offers a wide variety of excursions and activities for both semester and summer participants. Included in the program fees are at least two guided day-trips to some of the following sites:
