My name's Julieta and I participated in ActionxChange 2014. ActionxChange is a very complete experience, once you finish it nothing will ever be the same. You have the opportunity to learn and share, to befriend and laugh, think and talk. ActionxChange will change the way you see the world.
I highly recommend you to go.
ActionxChange changed my life

ActionxChange 2014 was, for all of us, a challenge, a lifelong learning... Two weeks of intensive talks and activities have filled our days. We have learned to make our projects and since then we have the tools to never never stop pursuing our dreams. From learning the simple task of telling a story to be able to convince an audience with our project , we have learned and discussed conflict resolution, diversity , immigration , critical thinking, wars , peace, our own identity and about different cultures in the world that in this camp have gathered.
We will never forget the circle of sharing, a confidential space in which everyone has the opportunity to say what he/she wants and in turn finds the support of the group, its time and listening. Our little ActionxChange family was strongly united after that. That showed us the reality we always forget , and that we could go through similar problems and that keeping in silence solves nothing , that by speaking we can even find the perfect support . We were strongly attached to this community. We began to understand , to see beyond faces and smiles. We then forgot the political and religious prejudices and stereotypes.
Facilitators worked hard, gave us a great great experience. We have learned a lot thanks to them. The most important thing is that we have been taught to seek our own answers and to never give up. ActionxChange was also a dream thanks to all my colleagues that were not afraid of showing how they really were. My life since the camp has never been the same. I just can say: Thanks ActionxChange2014 .
