You are needed here to educate the public about the environmental issues that threatens this country and use marketing tools to create awareness and support for environmental conservation. You will assist the coordinator with all aspects of this project.

You will be living in Santa Cruz, which is a safe city and a perfect base for exploring the many attractions in and around the city. It's a beautiful city and is also noted for its night life. With an assortment of attractions like the Beach Boardwalk, majestic redwood forest, arts and culture events, one can never get tired of the Santa Cruz lifestyle. uVolunteer believes that you should have a well balanced work and play schedule. This means you will only be required to work 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday) for a maximum of 6 hours per day. For the remainder of your time, you will be free to enjoy the vacationing aspects of your trip. Great weekend trips include:

* Explore the local scenery
* Trek or horseback ride in the mountains, or enjoy other natural excursions
* Explore the vibrant night life in the restaurants, bars, and discos
* Attend local concerts, cultural events, and art shows
