Several positions are available.
HR Positions - This position is designed to give the participant an in depth view at the human resource functions in a staffing agency. They will learn about hiring, disciplining employees, payroll, data entry, customer service, basic human resource laws, basic risk management, and interviewing techniques.

Business Management - Primary responsibility is to manage the daily administrative operations of the organization and to take a leadership role in programming initiatives. There will be opportunities to work closely with the Senior Staff and other members of the management team in administrating.

Qualifications

* For Traineeship Category:
New Application Requirements
- Between ages of 21-34
- BS or BA Degree in the area of traineeship plus minimum of 1 year industrial experience
- As or AA Degree in the area of traineeship plus minimum plus 3 years of industrial experience
- One year Diploma / Certificate in the area of traineeship plus minimum 4 years of experience
- Advance level of English

* For Internship Category:
New Application Requirements;
- Between ages of 19-28
- Currently enrolled to university program pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in the interest area of internship; or
- Must be within 12 Months of graduation from a University
- Minimum 2-4 Months of industrial experience
- Upper Intermediate level of English
