With over a decade of experience, USEH International offers excellent and high quality paid J1 internship/ traineeship positions within the US. All applicants are required to go thru USEH screening interviews before they can be accepted for the program. Applicants accepted for the program are generally offered placements within 6-9 weeks period. The visa paperwork is handled by USEH International thru partnering government agency. Program includes J-1 visa services, health insurance, orientation and one to one guidance prior to arrival to USA. Please see below for available placement options in Hotel Industry. Applicants are placed based on their level of English, educational background, work experience and interest areas.The placements are also available on rotational basis.

Highlights

The hospitality placements are offered at 4/5 star international hotel chains such as Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Hyatt Regency, Hilton, Starwood Hotels as well as Bass Hotels as well as luxury local chains and independent hotels, golf clubs and resorts.

The internship/ traineeship positions are available thruout the year. Program duration is for max 12 months in hospitality category and 18 months for all non-hospitality categories. Hourly wages changes between 8.50-15 USD per hour depending on the company, department, position placed.

Qualifications

For J-1 Internship:
- Upper Intermediate level of English
- Currently enrolled at the university/ college in Tourism/Hospitality/ culinary or related fields
- Min 2-4 months of experience

For J-1 Traineeship:
- Advance level of English
- Bs or BA Degree in the area of traineeship plus minimum of 1 year industrial experience
- As or AA Degree in the area of traineeship plus minimum plus 3 years of industrial experience
- One year Diploma / Certificate in the area of traineeship plus minimum 4 years of industrial experience

Both categories require;
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera/ Micros Operating Systems based on the field of internship/ traineeship required
