The program will allow participants to have a rotation within the Culinary Department where they will be able to see applications in different outlets including; Main Kitchen/ Banquet Kitchen/ Inventory obtaining positions based on their experience and interest areas such as hot kitchen/ cold kitchen/ pastry.

- Diploma in Culinary Arts
- at least 1 year of industry experience / for Bs holders
- at least 3 years of industry experience / for AA holders
