Description

This internship is provided by a Shanghai-based five-star hotel with a well-known international hotel chain.

This internship provides a great opportunity for the interns to gain hands-on work experience while seeing how a hotel is run in China. The interns will be working at the front office or food & beverage department with the following responsibilities:

1. To help the guests check in /check out
2. To maintain good relationship with guests
3. To answer the inquiries from the guests
4. To take orders, and serve the guests in accordance with guests' requirements and service policy

Qualifications

1. Tourism, Hotel Management or equivalent majors preferred
2. Candidates from the Europe and North America preferred
3. Easygoing and positive personality
4. Good English communication skills
