Ewen Henderson Court is situated in New Cross, south of the River Thames, with good transport links to Central London. New Cross Gate station is approximately 500m from the Hall and provides quick access into London Bridge station. Historic Greenwich with its royal parks, markets, restaurants, cinemas and bars is just a short bus ride away.

New Cross is a lively and vibrant area with a large student population. Ewen Henderson Court is very close to Goldsmiths College, University of London, and our residents are welcome to use the Students Union Bar and facilities at these College sites just opposite.

There is also a large supermarket 5 minutes walk from the site.

The Facts

Opened in 2002, Ewen Henderson Court is owned by Unite Group plc who specialise in building and managing student accommodation. The University of the Arts works in partnership with Unite to joint manage the accommodation to a high standard. Your tenancy agreement and conditions of residence will be with the University.

There are 260 single study bedrooms in self contained flats of 6 or 7 bed clusters. Each room comes with a: single bed, study desk, underbed storage, wardrobe, book shelf and ensuite bathroom facilities.

Each flat also comes with a well equiped kitchen / dining room that includes: an oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, storage, dining table and ample seating.
