  • Highlights

The Ecole Superieure de Commerce Chambery (ESC) is located in the Savoie region of the French Alps, close to Switzerland and Italy. It is one hour from Lyon and Geneva and 3 hours by fast train from Paris. The Savoie region is one of the most popular tourist areas of France. Its superb mountains and alpine lakes make it particularly attractive. In the shadow of Mount Blanc, the region's ski resorts are the best known in France and perhaps the world. The area hosted the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville. Chambéry's medieval streets, inviting verandas, spiral staircases, and wonderful landscaped gardens make it as appealing for visitors today as it was during Rousseau's time.

The Ecole Superieure de Commerce Chambery (ESC) is a part of a network of schools working in partnership with more than 200 companies a year. The ESC admits approximately 120 new students each year. They follow a three-year program with possible majors in marketing, systems management, finance, and international affairs. The school is located in the Savoie Technolac Business and Science Park near Lac du Bourget--France's largest natural lake.

Internships - It may be possible to participate in an internship through this program. While it is the student's responsibility to arrange for this internship, ESC has close connections with many local and national businesses and institutions, and can help students find an appropriate employment site.
