Rochester and Rutherford is large enough to be interesting and small enough for residents to get to know everyone. It is the closest hall to the UCSA and the Recreation Centre and local shopping centres at Bush Inn and Church Corner are just over ten minutes’ walk away. The Hall is equidistant to the Christchurch International Airport and the central business district. From the bus stop opposite the Hall grounds, it is a 15 minute trip to Cathedral Square.
