Opened in 1997 and situated next to King's Cross (WC1H 9BL), on the borders of Bloomsbury, which is famous for its Regency architecture, this residence has over 150 single rooms all with their own walk-in private shower rooms.

All bedrooms are double glazed and are fully carpeted. Kitchens are situated on each floor and are shared between 5–10 people. Each kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils for guests who wish to cater for themselves.
