As a volunteer in Ecuador you will have the opportunity to stay in one of the most beautiful capital cities of South America Quito. Located in a long, narrow valley, Quito is the perfect place to begin exploring Ecuadors culture and landscape. Ecuador volunteers can experience the exotic beauty of the Amazon rainforest on an excursion to an ecological jungle lodge or hike to the top of a volcano while practicing their Spanish and making meaningful connections in the local community.
Volunteer in Ecuador and receive the chance to live amongst multiple ethnic groups and rich biodiversity. As beautiful as Ecuador is, two-thirds of the population lives below the poverty line. You can help by taking part in one of a number of projects such as volunteering in a day care, teaching, helping with physical therapy, or working on a conservation project.
