Union College is an independent, co-educational four-year college, offering degrees in the liberal arts and sciences.  Founded in 1891, Union is owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. (But you don't have to be a member to go to school here. Union College's campus covers 50 acres in southeast Lincoln, Nebraska. Downtown Lincoln is 7 minutes away.  A cultural center, Lincoln is also home to two other universities (besides our own Union College).
