Hence, successful tourism development requires skillful labor with good knowledge of tourist industry, society and environment. The program offers advanced insights into the tourist industry and provides students with the opportunity to develop their knowledge and interests within the field of tourism. The program applies broad perspectives on tourism by combining various scientific approaches. Students meet researchers not only from the Faculty of Social Science, but also from the Humanities and Sciences introducing issues related to history, ethnology and ecology. The program qualifies successful students for work in tourism within the public as well as the private sector.
