Within a follow-up Master's programme students gain theoretical knowledge based on the present state of scientific knowledge, learn how to apply the knowledge and are encouraged to develop their skills in R&D and creative activities. The programme follows the Bachelors programme and its standard duration is 2 years. Studies are duly completed with a final state examination, part of which is the Masters thesis defence. Graduates are awarded the academic degree of Engineer (abbreviation Ing.), graduates from the Faculty of Multimedia Communications and the Faculty of Humanities are awarded the degree of Master (abbreviation Mgr.) and graduates in Visual Arts are awarded the degree of Master of Arts (abbreviation MgA.).
