We are an ideal base for families as we are only 2 minutes away from the beach and a tram ride away from the pleasure beach. We have completely refurbished all our rooms and have greatly improved all the facilities and will do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay.
We offer eight en-suite bedrooms (3 family rooms, 4 double rooms and a twin room) and all have complimentary tea & coffee making facilities, central heating and double glazing. Hair dryers and ironing facilities are also available. We welcome families and children, couples, senior citizens, conference delegates, golfers and business travellers. The White Heather is in the ideal location for dancers, darts fans and anyone visiting the Tower or The Winter Gardens for business or pleasure.
We are only 5 minutes away from Blackpool North Station and also Talbot Road Bus Station. Blackpool Airport is only 10 minutes away by taxi. Location
BY CAR. Take the M55 from the M6 follow signs for Blackpool North Shore Town Centre down to the sea front, turn right passed the tower so tower is on your right and sea on left, go passed the Grand Metropole Hotel on your left, then take your second right turning (first right turning is Bank Street next right is Cocker Street) after passing the Metropole, Cocker Street public toilets on the corner cross the tram lines come to the junction with Dickson Road and turn left and first right into Yates Street. We are situated on the right of the crossroads on the corner with Lord Street. Our address is: 15 Yates Street, Blackpool. FY1 2DB.
BY TRAIN. As you come out of the Station, turn right and follow the path around the side of the train station, take the first right onto High Street and then the third left onto Yates Street, we are on the next corner.
BY COACH. Go straight across road from Talbot Road Bus Station, turn right at the side of Wilkinson's Superstore down Dickson Road, passed Funny Girls and take your third right onto Cocker Street (church on one corner/cosy cafe on the other), take first left and we are on the right on the corner of Lord Street / Yates Street.
