Perugia is a city of both ancient secrets and modern-day delights. As the capital of the Umbria region, its history extends back to Etruscan times. Pieces of antiquity are preserved in abundanceevery day, students walk across cobblestones from Roman roads, pass by resplendent Renaissance artwork, and study under the shadows of towering medieval cathedrals. The historic center is easy to maneuver by foot; a host of restaurants, theatres, cafes, museums, and shops are all within a fifteen-minute walk. Perugias central location also offers easy access to other parts of Italy and beyond. Our faculty and staff strive to incorporate a genuine Italian experience into all elements of both the academic curriculum and student life.
