The Limes is a Victorian cottage bed and breakfast close to Clevedon, Bristol and the M5, set in a 3/4 acre smallholding with garden and orchard. The house contains all the original charm of a cottage with many original features, but modern enough for your complete comfort and satisfaction. The bedrooms enjoy lovely views across the Somerset countryside, and ample and easy parking is available.

In winter you can enjoy a real woodburning stove in the guest sitting room and in summer you can wander through the lovely gardens and see the chickens and other small livestock or just sit and enjoy the peace and tranquility. A full English breakfast is included in the room price (click here for menu) and enjoyed in the quaint dining room or conservatory.

Our B&B accommodation is situated just outside Clevedon, 1.5 miles from Junction 20 on the M5, 2 miles from Yatton railway station and 9 miles from Bristol Airport and 20 minutes drive from Bristol. We are 10 minutes drive from Portishead along the lovely Gordano Valley. In the area are good restaurants and pubs, as well as the National Trust properties of Tyntesfield and Clevedon Court.

Location

Come off the M5 at Junction 20, and along the spur road after the motorway roundabout. At the end of this there is another roundabout. Turn left onto the ring road and then left again at the next roundabout. (You will see Tesco on the right hand side of the roundabout). This will bring you out of Clevedon on the Yatton road, B3133 and you will cross a river/drainage channel. Follow this road over the motorway into Kenn village and turn left into Kenn Street at the Drum and Monkey pub by the church.

At the end of this road turn left into Kenn Moor Road. We are the second building on the right, about 300 yards from where you turned left, past a bungalow and a field on the right. The drive entrance is just past the house, opposite a farmyard entrance on the left side of the road. The Limes' house name is on the pedestrian gate by the footbridge over the rhyne. If you get to the end of the road you have missed us! We are halfway between where you joined the road and the end of it.
