Welcome to Napier's select Bed and Breakfast.

The Landing at Napier opened January 2008 and is located at 142 Thompson Road, Napier. Thompson Road is the location of many of Napier's finest homes, both old and new. The Landing is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the side of Bluff Hill.

Our modern 3-level home sits high above the road. The lounge, The Bayview Room and the front BBQ and deck area have expansive views over Hawke Bay, the Kaweka ranges and across Ahuriri to the airport. The front of the lounge opens up to the large deck to make the most of the indoor / outdoor living and the beautiful Hawke's Bay weather. Have a swim in the pool while enjoying a drink and the views.

Sit and enjoy your breakfast in the brilliant morning sun watching the yachts and boats in the bay and the ever-changing seascape. After checking in, enjoy a complimentary bottle of Hawke's Bay wine while watching the colour of the sea change as the sun sets.

Please note that The Landing is not suitable for children or pets.

Location

When in Napier, travel north towards the port from the i-SITE, along Marine Parade. Just after the pool complex, turn left into Coote Road. Drive past the Centennial Gardens to Thompson Road (3rd on right). Drive up Thompson Road to the water tower, and continue down Thompson Road to the T junction. Turn right there and drive to the end, 100 meters, where you will see The Landing on your right. Park off the road in front of the double garage door.
