Established in 1967, Fund for American Studies (TFAS) is a leader in fostering honorable leadership among young people by inculcating in them ideas that engender personal responsibility, human achievement, and individual freedom. TFAS serves as a launching pad for more than 15,000 students taking part in programs in Washington, DC, as well as in South America, Europe, and Asia. Program alumni are leaders in the nonprofit sector, the media, business, and government.
The international programs offered by TFAS are cross-cultural academic experiences that bring together international students.
TFAS has its headquarter in Washington, DC, but also offers continuing education program to alumni from around the coutry, as well as regional conferences for students, professors, and donors throughout the year.
