This Associate Degree consists essentially of the first five semesters of the BSc. in International Hospitality Management. The programme provides students with a foundation focusing on essential skills for hoteliers of the future. The students receive a thorough introduction to food production and restaurant operations, front office and rooms division operations. Graduates can utilise the programme as a short route into a career in the hospitality industry, entering at supervisory or management trainee level, or can transfer from this programme into full degree programmes at the Academy or elsewhere.
