Coming from Chichester: (A27 Tesco Roundabout) pass the Woolpack Inn and the Bulls Head public houses and head out of Fishbourne. Hilliers garden centre is on your left.

There are two traffic islands which is the turning into Ham Farm. We are the first house on the right after Ham Farm right opposite Chequers Lane.

Coming from Emsworth: over the Bosham roundabout continue for 3 tenths of a mile. We are the last of a row of 5 bungalows on the left just before you leave Bosham.

If you see HAM FARM at the traffic islands on your left you have past us.
