  • Description

Working with local cultures to provide support in a wide variety of activities, from assisting emerging entrepreneurs to develop and take their goods to market, to tree planting, school construction, and support for literacy programs....and more.

  • Highlights

The brief time line intensifies the experience of learning and engaging with different cultures. Working with a group of between 8-12 volunteers and certified leadership development coaches, you will use your overseas experience as a lever for developing personal and professional understanding that will contribute to your ability to problem solve, to communicate, to innovate, and to see the world differently.

  • Qualifications

A willingness to engage in local activities and to be respectful in the context of alternate cultures. To be curious about the world and your role in it - and a willingness to understand that the learning opportunity does not end upon the conclusion of the trip - but that personal development and understanding can occur for several months after the return home.

Aimed towards individuals who are seen as emerging or existing leaders in their organizations or in their communities and who wish to build their leadership skills via insights gained in an overseas volunteer experience.
