Conveniently located in the heart of Boston, one of the most academically-oriented cities in the USA, we lead you through the inquiry and application process smoothly, promptly and with personal attention. We will respond to all your questions on the phone, by email, or in an individual meeting with our Director. You can also attend one of our quarterly information sessions, and we are happy to have you participate in a half-day of class and speak to our current trainees or graduates. TEFL Institute Boston provides a rigorous program in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Our program is experiential- you learn by doing and by participating in activities that use the same techniques we encourage you to use while teaching. We provide a minimum of 6 hours of fully-supervised practice teaching with real ESL students, many of them students in our own ESL programs, representing over 35 countries and a wide range of English levels. TEFL Institute Chicago
TEFL Institutes Chicago school is located in Chicagos North Center neighborhood at the corner of Irving Park Rd. and Wolcott Ave., just one block west of the Irving Park Brown Line Station. Free parking is readily available in the neighborhood. Restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars are all within walking distance. The facility features two classrooms, a computer lab, and a kitchenette, and is equipped with whiteboards, a video projector, a video recorder, free Wi-Fi, and a library of ESL books and resource materials. Each Chicago course is led by two instructors, each of whom has at least a Master's degree and over five years of TEFL teaching experience. Class size is limited to 14 students for optimal learning and interaction. The course meets Monday through Friday for four weeks, with two workshops usually held on Fridays for an hour. The course generally runs 10am 4:30pm, with practicum before or after class, but exact course times will vary.

TEFL Institute Chicago Evening
TEFL Institutes Chicago school is located in Chicagos North Center neighborhood at the corner of Irving Park Rd. and Wolcott Ave., just one block west of the Irving Park Brown Line Station. Each Chicago course is led by an experienced instructor, who has at least a Master's degree and over five years of TEFL teaching experience. Class size is limited to 12 students for optimal learning and interaction. The course meets Monday through Friday for seven weeks, with two workshops usually held on Saturdays for about an hour. The course generally runs 6:00pm 9:30pm. The topics covered range from speaking, listening, reading, writing, and grammar. The Chicago course also includes a practicum (student teaching, tutoring, and/or observation). Students can complete their practicum hours either during their seven-week course or after the course ends.

TEFL Institute New York
TEFL Institutes New York facility is located in the heart of Manhattan, near 5th Avenue and Times Square, offering easy access to exploring all the best shopping, entertainment, and tourist sites New York has to offer.

The facility features a computer lab with Internet access, and is equipped with whiteboards, telephone, fax, a copy machines and a library of resource materials. The first class of the course always takes place the first Monday at 9:30 a.m. At that time, we will provide a complete course schedule. Sessions generally run between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. with regular breaks.

TEFL Institute San Francisco
The San Francisco campus is located on the San Francisco Bay with wonderful views of the surrounding parks and the Bay. We reside at the Fort Mason Center but around the Center are historical sites such as: Alcatraz, Muir Woods National Monument, and the Presidio of San Francisco. A short bus or cab ride away is the Embarcadero waterfront, Chinatown, and Nob Hill. There are many public transportation options including bus, streetcar, BART, Caltrain and ferry.

The course meets in the afternoons Monday through Friday from 1:00PM PST to 6:00PM PST.
