The internship in BlueLink International CZ has as essential objective to give the student the opportunity to perform an effective work in the context of a large company, enabling students to acquire concrete references and fully integrate into the business while implementing their knowledge, learning about the professional world, discovering how the company works (its internal life, etc..) and familiarizing themselves with professional methods.

Internships in BLCZ are interesting for students who want to deepen their communicative knowledge and skills (tools, technology, etc.) working with the most modern technology in a large company with the best professionals or improve language skills in a national group. For this reason we search specifically for students with perfect knowledge of English and communicative knowledge of either Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Italian, which are likely to work in an international environment.

Within the scope of these activities, trainees need to respond effectively to the vast range of clients needs arising within the worlds of airlines/loyalty programs. It is a good opportunity for those aspiring to improve their interpersonal and technical skills that complement those taught at university by working with modern technologies.

The project of practical placement and internship is aimed also at students who want to experience the general atmosphere at a big company abroad, using the most modern technology, experienced staff and equipment obtaining a better view of the position of a company compared to other companies and increasing the understanding of employment options after graduation (there is always one dedicated member of HR department who is taking care about their adaptation - ready to help them).

The practical placements in BlueLink International CZ have always a language and technical component. Trainees are encouraged to be efficient in problem-solving and at the same time to cooperate and communicate with airline companies and with their colleagues learning and exploring activities typically take place in an airlines related organisation.

This will allow you to get a better perception of tasks and responsibility within a professional environment by creating an understanding of the context in which Airlines Commerce is practiced on the airline industry. The placement is suitable for those with no previous job experience and who are looking for an opportunity to work and live on the Czech Republic. There is no ideal profile of candidate, but:
- A candidate must be well motivated, pro-active, flexible and has strong functional skills in a given language
- The rest we arrange through extensive initiation training
- initiation training consists of 5 consecutive days of training (four days of theory and one day of practice; everyday from 9 to 17:30)
- After the initial training, students are going through adaptation process together with their team leader
- Also there is dedicated one member of HR dpt. who is taking care about their adaptation - ready to help them

Selection procedure in BLICZ consists of the following steps:
- Candidate will be asked to hand in a resume and cover letter, as well as potentially references (Cover Letter) addressed to the HR Department of Bluelink International CZ
- Then one of BLICZ team will contact students by phone to discuss some key issues related to the placement
- A second round phone interview with Team leader will take place (as he is responsible for final decision
- Then we send the proposal with terms and conditions (a draft of the written agreement) to them for their review. During this step, they will check (and fix, if needed) the information. Finally, we will prepare the contract according to the proposal details.

- English is necessary as it is the company's official language

- ability and drive to solve problems responsibly,

We are offering an internship remunerated with a 640 EUR netto per month (or supplement to grant until reaches this value) and bonuses up to (monthly) 150 euros according to working performance
