Teach Away is currently accepting applications for Vice Principal positions within the Abu Dhabi public school system. Experienced administrators will work within public schools, helping to oversee professional development of staff, monitoring school performance, and working alongside administrative and school management teams.

Monthly Salary: Up to 29,000 AED/month (approximately USD 7,900) tax-free
Contract Duration: 2-3 years
Working Hours: 40 hours/week, 5 days a week
School Hours: 7:30am-3:00pm

Vacation: Mid-June until mid-August; all national holidays

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Education (or higher)
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience
- Over 3 years of experience as a vice-principal
- Experience with educational reform or international teaching preferred
- Native English speaker
