Description

The Emirate of Abu Dhabi is comprised of Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain, and Al Gharbia, with each region offering its own advantages, and access to a unique cultural experience. As Abu Dhabi undergoes a massive education reform, there is a large focus on implementing effective teaching practice and improving student achievement.

Cluster Managers are responsible for managing a cluster of public schools in an assigned region. Cluster Managers will work with principals from various schools, aiming to improve school management and administration, and ensuring staff are receiving the the necessary resources and support. Candidates must have substantial leadership experience, thorough knowledge of school operations, and excellent teamwork skills. Other essential qualities for this role include multi-tasking abilities, organizational skills, and flexibility.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree
- Over 5 years of experience as a principal or vice-principal at more than one school
- Supervisory or leadership experience; experience in school operations
- International teaching experience preferred
- Native English speaker
