Qualifications

We recruit only qualified/certified teachers from the following countries:

Teachers must be fully trained to teach in state schools in one of these countries and possess full qualification/certification with teacher training such as a Bachelors or Masters of Education, PGCE, Higher Diploma in Education, etc. South African teachers with only a diploma of education will have very limited opportunities as most Ministries of Education require a Bachelors degree in Education, and do not like the word Diploma.

Please note that these are not jobs teaching English as a foreign language and therefore a TEFL certificate and/or non-educational Bachelors degree alone is not enough.

This post requires 2 years of POST qualification/teacher training experience.

Salary/Pay

Salary will range from AED8000 to per month depending upon experience, plus AED750 overseas allowance. Increments of AED400 for every year of experience. Accommodation: Single at the Al Habtoor residence on Sheikh Zayed Road or apartments at Al Barsha behind the Mall of the Emirates. Pass to the Metropolitan Hotel's facilities is also offered. Contract: 3 years .Complete three years receive full gratuity. Utilities are paid up to AED500 per month. Medical Insurance is offered. Flights are annual. There is a one off settling in allowance of AED1000 and a moving allowance of AED1500.
